The axe to the left of the shield represents the choping or cutting up of the bikes. The broken piston represents misfortune. So the latin (Not French) in the top scroll says Lucror Conficio Infelicitas. It means . Profit from misfortune. It is what we try and do. I have been told the laughing skull is Mark after he made a deal on a bike.
